If you like seafood then this recipe is perfect because it is very quick and easy to prepare. Also, shrimp can be replaced with either squid or shellfish.
For the preparation you need the following ingredients:
- 500 g fresh shrimp
- 250 g pasta
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2-3 Tbs minced ginger
- 2-3 Tbs olive oil
- 1/2 green chili chopped
- 1 bunch parsley chopped
- Juice of a lemon
- salt and pinch of pepper
Start by boiling a pot of water. Add the pasta only when the water is boiling. Add a little salt and oil and let the pasta boil for 10-12 minutes.
Wash the shrimp separately and let boil not more than 5-6 minutes so that it still keeps the taste.

For the sauce you need:
A large Teflon dish, not very hot, in which you add the oil, garlic, ginger, and chili pepper, all finely chopped, and let them simmer for a maximum of 3 minutes. Then, put the shrimp and leave for about 2 minutes more, until they start to color.
Stir continuously, add a little salt, pepper, and a glass of white wine and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, then add the lemon juice.
In the end, put the pasta and mix completely over low heat for another 1-2 minutes maximum.
Add the chopped parsley and everything is ready to serve.
